5 out of 5 starsA business worth supporting! I cannot thank Mr.Bobby enough. Kinda long story: My husband & I drive over the road for a living & we were on a run from PA to TX. As soon as we hit the Tennessee state line our wheel bearing POPPED & went out on us at 10 p.m. on 1/23/26. I was extremely desperate & reached out to everyone in the area. I was sending messages to different shops at really late hours & Mr.Bobby replied to my messages at 3 a.m. He was the only one to reply to my messages. & he came out at 7 a.m. to start working on our vehicle to get us back on the road. He literally worked on our vehicle IN THE SNOW!! He replaced both of our wheel bearings in under an hour all while doing this in the snow at the Love's Truck Stop in White House, TN. Very reasonably priced, very quick service, & very trustworthy. I would 1000% give Mr.Bobby my business again without a doubt. And on top of that he takes all forms of payment which is such a bonus! He wants to see the problem get fixed and will keep going until the problem is resolved. Let’s not forget his prices are far more reasonable than the big chain mechanics and the convenience of not having to go back and forth from the shop. 5 out of 5 starsI wanted to inform folks in need of reasonably priced, honest repair, to consider giving Bobby's Mobile Auto Repair a call...I had a great repair shop I took my vehicles to years ago, but the owner retired, and auto repair became a nightmare...tried Firestone, but they always found a TON of "costly" problems...not long ago, I decided to give Budget Brakes a try...needed my rotors turned...was quoted a price, but after they got my vehicle up on a hoist, proceeded to find over $4,400 in problems that needed to be repaired....no thanks!!...shortly after that, I heard about Bobby's Mobile Auto Repair, and I decided to give them a call...MAN, AM I GLAD I DID!!...decided to give them a shot at my brake issue....made an appointment, and Bobby himself showed up....on time, very personable, knowledgeable and helpful...we decided what parts I needed and I myself purchased the parts....NO auto repair shop markups!!....after I got the parts, Bobby returned , went right to work, and had me back up and running in a timely manner...I was even able to have a cup of coffee, watch him work, and learn a few things, all in the comfort of my driveway, on a beautiful day...his charge was very reasonable...the whole experience was much better than dropping your vehicle off at an auto repair shop, and dreading "the phone call" with bad news...from this point on, I now have a new "go-to" auto repair phone number handy, and will definitely be giving Bobby's Mobile Auto Repair my business agsin...I highly suggest you consider giving them a call next time you're in need of honest, reasonably-priced auto repair...you'll be happy you did!!
